Accommodation in Sandy Bay

Our 3 Bedroom Princes Street house is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. With entry via its own private driveway located at 30 Princes St it is a home away from home.

Access is from the back of the house into a large kitchen complete with oven, ceramic cook top, full size fridge and dishwasher. The dining room is off to the side of the kitchen with a dining setting for 8 guests. The lounge room consists of 2 large 3 seater lounges, Smart TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii.

Two of the bedrooms consist of 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed with the third bedroom having 2 x single beds. Located behind doors in the hall is a washing machine, trough and dryer.

The bathroom has a shower unit, vanity, bath and toilet. Outside there is an outdoor setting perfect for summer nights. The driveway is able to park 2 cars easily.

This house has heating and air-conditioning. 

The house is not serviced during your stay.

House Rules

Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 people – this includes children of all ages. Our advertised rates are for 4 people.

There is a charge of $25 per night per person up to the maximum of 8 people. If at any stage we feel there are more guests staying than booked you will be asked to vacate the house immediately, money paid will not be refunded.

Bedding in this house is unable to be moved or changed.

No Bucks or Hens Nights.

No Parties or large gatherings.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable rate – paid in full at the time the reservation is made. The full amount is non refundable if you cancel your reservation at any time.

Partially Refundable Rate – Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
